Tribal Soul Incense

How to Use:

Light a stick, let the flame burn for up to one minute. Blow it out and walk through the areas you wish to cleanse, allowing the smoke to waft through the room.

With a spirit of gratitude, ask the smoke for its blessing and protection. Place the incense stick in a holder in the center of the room.

Palo Santo Benefits:

Similar to Sage and Cedar, Palo Santo is most widely used for spiritual purification and energy (house) cleansings. Once the wood sticks are burned, the smoke is believed to clear negative energy and restore tranquility and calm emotions

Sage Benefits:

The ritual of Sage burning has its roots in Native American tradition. Today, people burn sage and other holy herbs to cleanse a space or environment of negative energy, to generate wisdom and clarity, and to promote healing.

Palo Santo:

Palo Santo (Bursera Graveolens) is a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America and is related to Frankincense, Myrrh and Copal. In Spanish, the name literally means “Holy Wood”. It is part of the citrus family and has sweet notes of pine, mint and lemon.

Tribal Soul White Sage and Palo Santo Incense:

“For hundreds of years, White Sage (Salvia apiana) has been considered a sacred, purifying plant. Native Americans started the tradition of burning its dry bundled leaves, during their purification ceremonies and healing sessions, to cleanse a space or a person of all evil spirits or negative energies.

Palo Santo (“Holy Wood” in Spanish) has been part of South American culture for centuries. The wood of this wild tree from the Amazon rainforests, was traditionally burned by Incas and Shamans for spiritual purifying, energy cleansing and healing. The combination of the earthy aroma of white sage with the soothing balsamic scent of Palo Santo provides the perfect environment for meditation”

The incense is great to use during meditation and your favourite self-care ritual.
